CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Patrick began working with Appraisal Associates in January 2011, concentrating in the area of commercial
real estate valuation and consulting. In 2013 Patrick assumed ownership of Appraisal Associates and currently manages the firm's operation.

Patrick is a candidate for the CCIM Designation and is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce.

Patrick joined Pace Lynch in June 2018 concentrating in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and development, with a focus on healthcare real estate.

FUN FACT

Patrick is an avid golfer and a HUGE Notre Dame fan.
