Jason and wife Ashley have been married for 14 years and have three
children along with their yellow lab Cooper.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to co-founding Pace Lynch, Jason was a 2nd generation owner and executive at Group VI.
Jason successfully divested of his interest in Group VI at the age of 34.

Jason, as qualifying agent for Group VI, served as the licensed contractor for Trilith Studios Phases I & II, which is now the largest sound stage operation in the U.S.

Successfully closed $85.8m in lease volume since 2010,
which includes $55.4m of healthcare transactions.

Principally involved in the delivery of over 1.0m square feet of new development since 2013, specifically including the WellStar Physicians Center located in Spalding Co., WellStar’s South Cherokee Medical Center located in Woodstock, Ga, Georgia Military College’s Fayetteville Ga campus, the state of the art Piedmont Wellness Center and Two Ten, a 50k sf mixed use office building, also in Fayetteville, GA.

Successfully capitalized or divested $217.5m of real estate over the last decade.
