Bill Lynch serves as the developer of our Burton marina village development in North Georgia, and has led development as the project director for the nationally awarded and highly acclaimed New Urbanist mixed use community, Trilith.

premier real estate development and services firms in the South and Midwest.

Bill was the former lead leasing manager at the Bank Of America Plaza
in Midtown, Atlanta, the tallest tower in the Southeast.

Bill received the “Dealmaker of the Year” award for Duke Realty in his role as
Leasing Representative, closing the most deals nationwide, in his first year ever leasing commercial real estate assets.
